- All Sales Are Final: Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of electronic PDF files, printable companions, and digital course workbooks, all sales of digital products are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once the purchase is completed.
- Why This Policy Exists: Digital downloads are delivered to your device instantly upon purchase and cannot be “returned” in a physical sense.

2. Distance Attunements (Usui Reiki Certification Courses)
Includes Level 1, Level 2, and Master Level Distance Attunements associated with our self-paced Usui Reiki Certification Manuals.
Our distance attunements are delivered completely off-screen, camera-free, and phone-free, honoring your need for screen-free integration and deep rest.
- Self-Paced Completion & Booking: Distance attunements are fully included with your certification course purchase (there are no additional attunement fees). Students read and complete their course manual independently at their own pace. During study or after completion of study, students select and reserve an available distance attunement time slot.
- 24-Hour Rescheduling Policy: Dedicated energetic space is held specifically for you during your booked distance attunement window. If you need to shift your attunement window, we request at least 24 hours’ advance notice prior to your reserved time. We will gladly assist you in selecting a new date and time slot.
- Late Cancellations & Missed Windows: Because dedicated energetic space is set aside specifically for your journey during your booked window, attunement time slots rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
- Equal Power & Presence: Distance attunements are every bit as powerful, deep, and effective as in-person attunements—energy is unconstrained by physical distance. Energetic space is held quietly during your reserved window with no live Zoom calls, video feeds, or phone interruptions required, allowing you to settle into complete, undisturbed rest at home.
- Zero Diagnostic Reporting: To safeguard your quiet integration state and preserve the sanctuary’s restful flow, distance attunements do not include personal energetic diagnostic readings, individual psychic reports, or post-attunement email dispatches.
