4. 1-on-1 Audio-Only Sanctuaries & Concierge Offerings
For clients engaging in bespoke, 1-on-1 virtual sessions and transformation packages (such as the 7-Week Deep Reset):
- Scheduling & Punctuality: Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Please ensure you are in a quiet, comfortable space where you feel safe to rest deeply.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: We hold dedicated space for every client. If you need to reschedule a session, we request at least 24 hours’ advance notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at our discretion.
- Reiki for Pets: Distance Reiki provided for your pets during sessions is a gentle, energetic relaxation support. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary care, veterinary diagnosis, or medical treatment.
- Package Refunds: Customized, multi-week concierge packages are non-refundable once the first session has commenced, reflecting the dedicated time and energetic space held for your journey.

- User Conduct: You agree to use our sanctuary space with kindness, respect, and intention. Spamming, leaving malicious comments, or attempting to compromise site security will result in an immediate revocation of site access.
